I was very disappointed because the dress is delivered to me with a big stain on the front and another smaller staying in the back of the dress.

The fabric of the dress is custom printed especially for this design. Because it is printed, at times there may be more ink printed on one area than another. However, we offered to immediately replace the dress for you.
We understand that this was an inconvenience and we are truly sorry. But we hope that with a 40% off sale like this, and replacing the dress for a brand new one, we have done all that we can to make your experience great.
